This systems is amazing. I have had a chance to speak with the inventor and his why is absolutely amazing. I have been using this system for about 8 years and continue too. I love the lightweight, how compact it is, how easy it is to bring with you everywhere, the different strengths, and finally the ball at the end of the band, giving you a different way to work out your hands, wrists and fingers.
